Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a paid Plumie subscription, email us within 30 days of your payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider (Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record). Your 14-day trial is free and requires no card, so you can evaluate Plumie before you pay.
How to request a refund
Email hello@plumie.ai from the address on your account within 30 days of the payment you want refunded. Let us know which subscription or charge you're asking about so we can locate it quickly. You do not need to explain why — the guarantee is unconditional.
Processing time
Once we approve your refund, it is processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com. Funds typically take 5–10 business days to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
