Why the preview can be empty
AI analyzes the structure of your text to find topics and voice patterns. If the text is loosely structured or contains only dates, links, or isolated words with no context, the system may fail to find any topics.
Step 1: check the text before pasting
Make sure your content plan includes at least a few clear topic units. The following formats work well:
- bulleted or numbered lists,
- headings with a short description,
- sentences such as "post about X" or "topic: Y."
These formats work poorly:
- one word per line with no context,
- only numbers and dates,
- content in a language that does not match your audience and voice setup.
Step 2: structure the list and try again
Before:
case studies
numbers
march insights
After, which works better with AI:
Client stories: how a small business grew 3x without an ad budget
Data and numbers: what LinkedIn engagement statistics say
March insights: what changed in the algorithms and how I use it
Step 3: try CSV instead of pasted text
If your content plan lives in a spreadsheet, upload it as CSV. Structured column data is analyzed more accurately.
Step 4: start with a few topics manually
If neither paste nor CSV works, click Cancel and add the first two or three topics manually in /Topics. You can come back to import later once you have a more structured list.
How many attempts do I get?
The free plan includes 1 import attempt plus 1 retry. Paid plans include 3 attempts per month. If you already tried several text variations and none worked, use the Try again button and paste a revised list.
