/Topics is the main place
After a successful import, all topics appear in /Topics. Each imported topic is marked with an Import badge so you can distinguish it from manually created topics.
What is stored in each topic
- Topic name for what AI extracted or what you edited on the preview screen.
- Source shown as an Import badge for paste or CSV imports.
- Voice attributes such as tone, style, and signature phrases, applied globally to all generations.
How deduplication works
If a topic with the same meaning already existed in your account before the import, the preview screen shows it as already exists, will skip. By default, those topics are not imported again.
If you wanted to force-add a duplicate, you could do that on the preview screen by checking it manually. If you skipped that step, add the topic manually in /Topics.
Import again later
Import is available at any time, not only during onboarding:
- Go to /Topics.
- Click + Import in the top-right corner.
- Choose paste or CSV and go through the same flow.
Another import adds new topics to the existing list. Already saved topics are not removed.
Import limits
AI-assisted imports draw from your shared AI-usage balance. There is no separate import-attempt counter or monthly import cap. If your shared balance is exhausted, manual work remains available and you can add usage, upgrade, or wait for the next billing-period reset.
Where to find voice attributes
Extracted voice attributes such as tone, style, and signature phrases are applied automatically to all new generations. You can review and edit them in Voice Settings.
